Our triple distilled organic gin is infused with a remarkable list of thirteen deep state botanicals obtained through a FISA warrant including hibiscus flowers, nutmeg, Mata Hari, Madagascar bourbon vanilla beans, star anise, Guantanamo Bay and wormwood. The finish is remarkably clean and refreshing with distinctive notes of citrus, eau de undercover officer and a hint of juniper.

SPY’S FRENCH 75

2oz Spy gin
¾oz fresh lemon juice
¾oz simple syrup
2oz Spy’s Never Say Never organic cider
Long spiral lemon twist (for serving)
Combine gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker
Fill shaker with ice, cover, and shake vigorously until outside of shaker is very cold, about 20 seconds
Strain cocktail through a Hawthorne strainer or a slotted spoon into a large flute
Top with Never Say Never organic cider and garnish with a lemon twist
